Corn thresher is a type of grain machinery, mainly composed of feeding port, nail toothed threshing drum shaft, grid format concave plate, frame and other parts. What are the functions of each part? The feeding port is connected to the upper cover of the corn thresher, which is made of a one centimeter thick iron plate. The feeding part is tangent to the nail teeth of the nail toothed drum, allowing the peeled corn to enter through the feeding port and slide down to the threshing part, between the nail toothed drum and the grid shaped concave plate, for threshing
The threshing part is mainly composed of a nail toothed drum, a grid shaped concave plate, and a semi-circular upper cover. Corn ears are threshed between the nail toothed drum and the grid shaped concave plate, and the detached corn kernels are leaked through the gaps of the grid shaped concave plate, falling onto the lower sliding plate, and discharged out of the body through the bin. The corn cob is discharged out of the body through the other end of the feeding port (i.e. the discharge port) by the spiral thrust and spiral guidance of the screw teeth arranged on the drum.
